Omada acquired EmpowerID, the AI agent governance company, Omada said Sept. 24, 2026. Terms weren't disclosed. Parker, EmpowerID's CEO and co-founder, joins Omada as chief innovation officer. Omada is majority-owned by GRO Fund III and Kirk Kapital. [01]
