Ondas Inc. finished its merger with Mistral, Inc. on April 24, 2026. Mistral is a U.S. defense prime contractor, and the deal was valued at $175 million. [01]

The consideration is paid in Ondas common stock. Some shares were issued to the stockholder at closing, some went into escrow accounts, and more shares are due within twenty business days.
