(the “Company”) completed the previously announced acquisition of World View Enterprises Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “World View”), pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Agreement”), dated March 23, 2026, by and among the Company, Wassaic Merger Sub Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“Merger Sub”), World View, and Fortis Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, in its capacity as the Representative (as defined in the Agreement).”
