California Custom Fruits & Flavors (CCFF), an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital, has acquired the Custom Nutritional Ingredients division of Skjodt-Barrett Foods, a maker of bar layers, fillings, bindings, toppings and icings for more than 40 years. The division keeps the Skjodt-Barrett Foods tradename as a division of CCFF. Terms were not disclosed.
