Porch Group, Inc. completed the sale of Homeowners of America Insurance Company to Porch Insurance Reciprocal Exchange. The sale was completed effective Jan. 1, 2025, with Homeowners of America Holding Company selling the company’s shares.
The purchase price was approximately $105 million, less $58 million tied to principal and unpaid interest on a surplus note.
