Prada S.p.A. agreed to acquire certain subsidiaries of Capri Holdings Limited that operate Capri’s Versace business. The agreement was signed on April 10, 2025.
The purchase price is $1.375 billion in cash, subject to certain adjustments. The closing remains subject to customary closing conditions.
