Reliance Global Group amends agreement to acquire Spetner Associates
What happened
Reliance Global Group, Inc. announced an amended agreement to acquire Spetner Associates, a benefits enrollment company and provider of voluntary benefits to employees across the United States.
The amended agreement reduces the upfront cash consideration to $5.5 million from $8 million. Terms for the remaining purchase price are also set out in the agreement.
