RF Acquisition Corp III said on July 9, 2026 that it had signed a business combination agreement with HCC Healthcare Pte. Ltd. and a Cayman Islands merger subsidiary of HCC Healthcare. Under the deal, RFAC III would merge into the subsidiary and become a wholly owned unit of HCC Healthcare, with the transaction valued at a $500,000,000 total equity value on a fully diluted basis.
