What happened
Ron Hoover Companies, Inc. agreed to purchase substantially all of the assets used in Lazydays RV of Oklahoma, LLC’s recreational vehicle dealership in Claremore, Oklahoma. The assets include goodwill, furniture, fixtures, equipment and parts.
The purchase price is approximately $2.1 million, plus further cash for recreational vehicle inventory and maintenance and repair work in process.
