Rumble said it completed transactions under a business combination agreement with Northern Data AG, under which it acquired about 85.2% of Northern Data's outstanding shares. The shares were exchanged for Rumble Class A common stock, with shares also issued to Tether, ART Sellers and Apeiron. [01]
