What happened
Safety Shot and Yerbaé entered into an arrangement agreement on Jan. 7, 2025. Safety Shot will acquire all of Yerbaé’s issued and outstanding common shares through a plan of arrangement.
Shareholder approval is a condition to completion of the arrangement.
