What happened
SeqLL, Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire Lyneer and its operating subsidiaries. Lyneer Staffing Solutions, LLC is a national strategic outsource services and workforce solutions firm serving commercial, professional, finance, direct placement and managed service provider verticals.
The agreement provides for $60,000,000 in stock consideration to IDC Technologies, Inc., based on an assumed value of $3.10 per share.
