Simulations Plus expands its life sciences offerings with Pro-ficiency
What happened
Simulations Plus, Inc. purchased Pro-ficiency Holdings, Inc. for $100,000,000 in cash. The acquisition adds clinical trial operations, medical affairs and communications capabilities to Simulations Plus’ offerings for life sciences customers.
The company said the transaction doubles its total addressable market, adding $4 billion of clinical simulations training, analytics and medical communications.
