What happened

Skyvera, LLC agreed to purchase substantially all of the assets of American Virtual Cloud Technologies, Inc. under an amended and restated asset purchase agreement executed on March 10, 2023.

The cash purchase price is $6,780,062, subject to certain adjustments, and Skyvera will assume certain liabilities. The transaction remains subject to conditions, including entry of a sale order by the Court.
