What happened

Hain Celestial has finished selling its North American Snacks business, including Garden Veggie Snacks, Terra chips and Garden of Eatin' snacks, to Snackruptors Inc. The purchase price was $115.0 million before a holdback for an inventory adjustment, and the company received $111.2 million in cash at closing on Feb. 27, 2026. [01]

Hain said the proceeds will be used to reduce debt, which should strengthen its financial position and leverage profile. [01]
