Star Equity Holdings to Sell South Paris Facility to SP Capital Partners

Star Real Estate Holdings USA, Inc. entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with SP Capital Partners LLC for its South Paris facility. The transaction is valued at $5.9 million and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024.
A wholly owned subsidiary will lease the facility for 20 years, with the right to extend for up to an additional 20 years. KBS Builders, Inc. will continue to operate there.
