Sterling Infrastructure to purchase CEC Facilities Group assets
What happened
Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. signed an agreement to purchase substantially all of the assets of CEC Facilities Group, LLC, a specialty electrical and mechanical contractor. The acquisition expands Sterling’s E-Infrastructure services into mission-critical electrical contracting.
The upfront purchase price totals $505 million, consisting of $450 million in cash and $55 million in Sterling Common Stock.
