TOG Kaizen Acquisition, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc., agreed to purchase Safflower Holdings Corp. from Safflower Holdings LLC for $365.0 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments. The agreement was signed on March 26, 2024.
Safflower Holdings Corp. owns most Benihana restaurants and all RA Sushi restaurants in the United States, and franchises Benihana locations in the U.S., Latin America (excluding Mexico) and the Caribbean.
