Toro CombineCo, Inc. and TechTarget, Inc. entered into a merger agreement on Jan. 10, 2024. Informa PLC will contribute its Informa Tech digital businesses and cash to Toro CombineCo, Inc.
At closing, TechTarget shareholders are to receive one share of Toro CombineCo common stock and a cash amount currently estimated at $11.71 per share.
