What happened
Tribute Acquisition Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Services of America Corporation, agreed to acquire substantially all the assets of Tribute Contracting & Consultants, LLC.
The consideration includes $22.0 million in cash, subject to adjustments, and $2.0 million of Energy Services of America Corporation common stock. Tribute Contracting & Consultants operates in underground pipeline construction, site utilities, sewer lines, gas and water distribution, and storm drainage.
