TTAM Research Institute takes over 23andMe business lines
What happened
TTAM Research Institute completed its acquisition of 23andMe Holding Co.’s Personal Genome Service and Research Services business lines under Section 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. The transaction included a $305.0 million cash purchase price, as well as the assumption and payment of specified liabilities.
As part of TTAM, 23andMe is continuing to provide personalized DNA testing and research services.
