Twin Vee PowerCats moves to acquire Revver Digital assets
What happened
Twin Vee PowerCats Co. signed an agreement with Revver Digital, LLC to acquire intellectual property used in its online boat and yacht marketplace business. The agreement also grants Twin Vee a license to use the intellectual property while the sale remains pending.
The purchase price includes a $5,000,000 minimum, reduced by revenue-sharing royalties and dealer storefront credits. The sale is subject to the agreement’s terms and conditions.
