Unicoin completes real estate asset swap with Electroquimica
What happened
Unicoin Inc. says its asset swap agreement with Electroquimica del Neuquen S.A. was completed, even though the agreement was later terminated. Under the deal, the Argentine company received rights to obtain 420,000,000 unicoin rights in exchange for certain real estate assets. A deed of assignment for rights to explore for copper deposits in those assets was signed on Dec. 20, 2023.
