Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc. and certain subsidiaries closed the sale of select spectrum assets to Verizon Communications Inc. on June 1, 2026. The sale was made under a License Purchase Agreement dated Oct. 17, 2024, and Array received $1.0 billion in cash at closing. [01]

Array's board also declared a special cash dividend of $11.00 per share, payable June 25, 2026, to holders of record on June 11, 2026. Array said the dividend is unrelated to its special committee's review of a non-binding proposal from Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. [01]
