Vertical Bridge acquires Shentel’s tower portfolio and operations
What happened
Vertical Bridge Holdco, LLC completed the initial closing of its purchase of the Tower Portfolio from Shenandoah Telecommunications Company for $309.9 million in cash. The sale included approximately 98% of the portfolio, with subsequent closings for the remaining sites expected by the end of March 2025.
Shenandoah Telecommunications Company provides broadband services through fiber optic and cable networks in the Mid-Atlantic United States.
