What happened
VIAVI Solutions Inc. signed an agreement to buy the High-Speed Ethernet and Network Security Business from Keysight Technologies, Inc. The deal includes $410 million in base cash consideration and an additional $15 million in contingent cash consideration.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the second quarter of calendar year 2025.
