What happened
Warwick-Artemis, LLC entered into an agreement with New Horizon Resources LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of U.S. Energy Corp., for a sale of oil and gas producing properties in Karnes County, Texas. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on or around July 31, 2024.
The purchase price is $6 million, subject to customary adjustments.
