KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc., through an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, agreed to sell Union Bank Plaza to WB Union Plaza Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Waterbridge Capital. The amendment extends the closing date to March 29, 2023.
