Westlake Services, LLC dba Westlake Financial agreed to purchase all or substantially all of Nicholas Financial, Inc.’s undertaking, including automobile finance installment contracts. The Asset Purchase Agreement is dated Nov. 13, 2023.
The aggregate cash purchase price is approximately $65.5 million, subject to adjustment. Nicholas Financial, Inc. shareholders were asked to approve the sale.
