What happened
Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc. agreed to purchase substantially all of the assets comprising Agenus’ manufacturing operations, including real estate, equipment and certain assumed contracts.
The consideration includes up to $125 million, with $75 million payable at closing and up to $50 million in contingent payments. Closing is subject to customary conditions, including required government approvals.
