The researched profile behind every name: career roles, schools and board seats for people; description, headquarters, founding year and website for companies. Every deal each person and company is named in, with their side and the words that name them, and their Deal Web of linked people and firms.
The same firms' other deals
On every deal page, the other posted deals that name the same firms, and each firm's history in the deal's Deal Web.
Industry lists and fund figures
Every deal, company and person in an industry, as lists. Private equity and venture funds: amount sold, offering amount, investor counts, their full history and the people named, sortable by size.
CSV
Download deals, companies or the deals of everyone you follow as CSV, with no limits.
Follows
Follow any number of people and firms and see every deal they are in. Closings, votes and deadlines in those deals go to your own calendar. Open your contacts file and see which of your people, and their firms, are on Carrywatch. The file is read in your browser and never sent to us.
Watchlists
Save up to 20 watchlists, each a set of conditions such as industry, deal stage, stake, deal size, firms and people, and see the latest 100 deals that match on your watchlist page.

Questions
- Which deals are covered?
- Private equity deals, and private equity and venture funds. Browse every deal free to see the coverage.
- Is there a free trial?
- No, but every deal page and the basics of every person and company are free to read, so you can see the coverage before you pay.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. Payments are non-refundable. Cancel anytime and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- How do I cancel?
- Anytime, online. In the app, open Billing from your account menu, choose Cancel subscription and confirm on Stripe's page; Manage billing on your account page opens the same Stripe page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
- What happens to my price if prices change?
- We email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does. Members who subscribed at an earlier price keep it while their subscription continues without a break.
- Does my contacts file get uploaded?
- No. It is read in your browser and never sent to us. Only the people and firms you choose to follow are saved. See our privacy policy.
