North American Breweries.
North American Breweries is a U.S. brewer that sells brands including Labatt, Genesee, Seagram's Escapes and Lipton Hard Iced Tea through independent wholesalers, and is also a large contract brewer. Saothair Capital Partners acquired it, then called FIFCO USA, from a Heineken subsidiary in September 2026 and restored the North American Breweries name.[1]
