Trillium Flow Technologies is a First Reserve portfolio company that makes engineered flow control products and provides aftermarket services for infrastructure and industrial markets. In September 2026 it agreed to sell its U.S. pumps business, Trillium Pumps US, to Crane Company for approximately $240 million.[1]
