Crane Company agreed to buy the U.S. pumps business of First Reserve-backed Trillium Flow Technologies for approximately $240 million, both sides announced Sept. 14, 2026.
The transaction, in context.
The carve-out (Floway, Wemco, Roto-Jet, and WSP) primarily serves U.S. municipal water and wastewater markets and expects about $115 million of full-year revenue. Crane frames the price at about 14.6x estimated 2026 adjusted EBITDA. Closing is targeted in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
