10X II and AFRAG entered into a Merger Agreement on Nov. 2, 2022. The transaction includes 10X II’s domestication as a Delaware corporation and a business combination with AFRAG.
AFRAG operates through its subsidiary Les Fermes de la Teranga SA, which is developing a commercial farming business in northern Senegal focused on alfalfa for cattle feed and nutrition.
