Agrify Corporation completed its acquisition of all outstanding equity interests in PurePressure, LLC on Dec. 31, 2021. PurePressure became a wholly owned subsidiary of Agrify Corporation.

Consideration included $4.0 million in cash, subject to adjustments, 329,179 shares of common stock and potential earn-out consideration of up to $3.0 million.
