Fort Point Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm, has completed the sale of its investment in AMS Fulfillment to Stord, the Atlanta-based commerce-enablement company.

Founded in 2002 in Valencia, California, AMS is an omnichannel fulfillment partner for premium consumer brands, with a focus on beauty and wellness. Fort Point invested in 2019; during its ownership AMS acquired Echo Data and Vox Fulfillment.
