“On October 13, 2023, AIMUF, PubCo, Merger Sub, and Docter entered into the Merger Agreement, pursuant to which among other things, AIMUF will merge with and into PubCo, with PubCo as the surviving entity (the “Reincorporation Merger”); one business day after the Reincorporation Merger, Merger Sub will be merged with and into Docter, resulting in Docter being a wholly owned subsidiary of PubCo.”
