AlloVir, Inc. completed its merger with Kalaris Tx, Inc. (formerly Kalaris Therapeutics, Inc.) on March 18, 2025. Kalaris Tx became a wholly-owned subsidiary of AlloVir, and the combined company changed its name to Kalaris Therapeutics, Inc.
The combined company is focused on developing and commercializing therapeutics for prevalent retinal diseases.
