What happened
Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. I entered into a business combination agreement on March 18, 2025. Under the agreement, Kyivstar Group Ltd. will purchase the equity of VEON Holdings B.V. from VEON Amsterdam B.V.
The agreement also provides for the merger of Varna Merger Sub Corp. with and into Cohen Circle Acquisition Corp. I. Terms weren't disclosed.
