Altus Power, LLC closed its purchase of approximately 121 megawatts of solar assets through an acquisition of the membership interests in Project Hyperion, LLC. The portfolio includes distribution-level solar projects with approximately 93 MW AC / 121 MW DC of aggregate peak generating capacity.
