What happened

Auddia has agreed to a merger with McCarthy Finney under an agreement dated Feb. 17, 2026. The deal would bring Auddia and the Thramann-controlled companies under McCarthy Finney, which plans to become a publicly traded holding company. [01]

Auddia has also made senior unsecured bridge notes to Thramann Holdings and three related companies to fund them while the merger is pending. Completion depends on conditions including approval by Auddia's stockholders at a special meeting planned for late August 2026. Terms weren't disclosed. [01]
