Awaysis Belize Ltd., a subsidiary of Awaysis Capital, Inc., acquired stock and substantially all assets of Chial Mountain Ltd. in December 2024. The purchase price was subsequently adjusted to approximately $4,465,415 after a property appraisal. [01]
