What happened

Bristow Group Inc. has agreed to acquire Berry Aviation and related Berry entities under a merger agreement signed on June 23, 2026. Merger Sub will merge into Berry Acquisition, which will survive as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristow. [01]

The price is $105 million in cash, subject to adjustments for working capital, cash, indebtedness and transaction expenses. The closing is expected in the second half of 2026, subject to customary conditions. [01]
