PetVivo Holdings, Inc. has agreed to acquire PiezoBioMembrane, Inc. through a merger in which PBM would become a subsidiary of its Cosmeta Corp. unit. The consideration is 3,000,000 shares of PetVivo restricted common stock, with the Milestone Shares subject to forfeiture if certain milestones are not met. [01]
