Arogo Capital Acquisition Corp. entered into a business combination agreement involving Bangkok Tellink Co., Ltd. on Feb. 14, 2025.
Under the agreement, BTL Holdings (Cayman) Limited, referred to as Pubco, will acquire Bangkok Tellink Co., Ltd. shares in exchange for Pubco ordinary shares.
