Charge Enterprises, Inc. acquired Greenspeed Energy Solutions, L.L.C. through its wholly-owned subsidiary Nextridge, Inc. on Aug. 1, 2023. Greenspeed provides turnkey solutions for EV charging infrastructure, commercial lighting, solar and battery storage.
The purchase price was Eight Million Dollars ($8,000,000), consisting of cash and stock consideration.
