Chase Corporation completed its acquisition of NuCera Solutions on Sept. 1, 2022. The transaction was made under a Stock Purchase Agreement with NuCera Holdings Inc. and NuCera Solutions Holdco LP, as seller.
The purchase price was $250 million, subject to working capital adjustments and excluding acquisition-related costs. NuCera’s specialty polymers business produces functional polymers and polyethylene waxes.
