What happened
Concentrix Corporation completed its acquisition of Marnix Lux SA, the parent company of the Webhelp business, on Sept. 25, 2023. Marnix Lux SA became a direct subsidiary of Purchaser.
The transaction included approximately €488.7 million in cash, a Sellers’ Note, Concentrix common stock and contingent shares.
