What happened

Cyclo agreed to acquire AMTI through a merger with Cameo Merger Sub, Inc., with AMTI continuing as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyclo. The companies signed the merger agreement on Sept. 21, 2023.

The merger consideration will be based on an exchange ratio of Cyclo common stock for AMTI common stock.
